How to authenticate your 3M product?
Follow these three simple steps to validate your 3M product.

1. Find the Product CodesOn the bottom of the product box, just under the bar code or on the roll, you’ll see a 10-digit secure code and a 6-digit lot code.
Both codes should be entered into the corresponding fields on the validation website.

2. Enter and validate the codesEnter the 10-digit secure code and 6-digit lot code into the corresponding fields in the 3M Safe Guard™ validation tool.
The validation result will indicate the product's authentication status:
- Green checkmark: The product has been validated as genuine.
- Yellow or red symbol: The product may require further verification or may be counterfeit.

3. Mark the product as validated.Initial and date the package or roll to let your employees know they are being protected by a genuine 3M product.
