Seminar Registration Fee: $350 per person: Registration includes two night’s hotel accommodations, meals, local transportation and conference training materials. Individuals are responsible for their transportation to St. Paul, MN and the hotel on the respective arrival dates.

Confirmation Policy: Confirmations will be sent to all paid registrants. Do not make any travel arrangements until confirmation is received.

Cancellation Policy: All registration cancellations must be in writing/E-mail at the mailing/E-mail addresses in the box below and must be received 30 days prior to seminar start date.

Substitution: Registrants unable to attend may send an alternate with advanced notice.
